By mid-2024, we had the opportunity to take on an inspiring project where architecture and interior design seamlessly blend to create a unique and elegant living space.
Solving the challenge of a west-facing facade was an exciting endeavor, where we sought to transform this difficulty into a design highlight, allowing the cool southwest breeze to flow through the living areas. This is why the main structure at the two master positions features a unique rotation, optimizing wind reception while minimizing the impact of the western sun.
The colors and design shape serve as the connecting thread between the architecture and interior, where soft beige and taupe tones provide a backdrop for artistic highlights from walnut and dark brown. Interestingly, this palette coincidentally aligns with Pantone's Mocha Mousse 2025 – like a serendipitous encounter between design and the fashion trends casually mentioned by the homeowner during one of our discussions. And about the shape, the elegant Split Dresses details inspire us to incorporate and refine accent lines that highlight the space.
The image of a proud red maple tree standing at the golden ratio point in front of the gate feels like a piece of art, reflecting the owner's refined taste and personality. Beyond the exterior, this red hue subtly weaves into the interior, from the Mercury Armchair to the veining of Calacatta Viola marble. Every corner tells a story, crafting a living space full of emotion and easily adaptable over time, like a painting that continuously refreshes itself.
